By accessing and using the VibeGenX website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

VibeGenX provides insurance lead generation and live transfer services to licensed agents and agencies. We deliver consumer contact information based on the lead type, quantity, and filters you select at the time of purchase.

3. User Obligations

You agree to use our services lawfully, provide accurate information when placing orders, comply with all applicable telemarketing and insurance regulations (including TCPA and DNC list requirements), and not resell or share purchased leads with unauthorized parties.

4. Lead Quality & Exclusivity

We strive to deliver exclusive, verified leads in real time. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that every lead will result in a sale. Leads found to be invalid (disconnected number, wrong intent, or duplicate within the exclusivity window) may be eligible for credit replacement per our return policy.

5. Payments & Refunds

All orders must be paid in full before lead delivery. Pricing is listed on our pricing page and may change without notice. Refunds are issued at our discretion for leads that meet our return criteria. Bulk purchase discounts apply per the published tiers.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and proprietary technology are the property of VibeGenX. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission. Purchased lead data is licensed for your internal business use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

VibeGenX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of our platform. Upon termination, any outstanding balances become immediately due.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Sacramento, California.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
